Situé dans le lit historique de la Dordogne, sur la commune de St Sulpice de Faleyrens, le Château Milandre est une propriété familiale de 4,72 hectares. Ce vignoble de plus de 50 ans est planté à 90 % en Merlot sur sols filtrants, ce qui confère une expression concentrée de ce vin dit de «garage».
